This year's auction collection is built around one idea: a full turn of the clock, expressed through First Light, Day Light, Sun Set and Night. Each coffee explores a different expression of terroir, process and environment.

From classic washed and honey Geishas to experimental anaerobic and Grand Cuvée lots, the collection represents some of the finest coffees Lamastus Family Estates has produced this season. This cupping is a rare chance to taste them before they reach the global auction stage.
